Layla is a highly professional and successful businesswoman with an entrepreneurial and trailblazing spirit, who is passionate about every aspect of the beauty industry. With over twenty years of experience within the world of beauty and aesthetics, Layla set up her first company at the tender age of 21. With the vast amount of industry knowledge and business acumen she has garnered during that time, Layla has established herself and ALYA (formerly known as The Plassey Beauty Studio) as one of the leading salons in the area. She has a vast number of extremely loyal clients whom she is very grateful to and welcomes brand new clients to ALYA on a regular basis. Her award-winning business has been expanded to include a new state of the art hair studio, enabling ALYA to offer every aspect of hair, aesthetics and beauty treatments and experiences under one, very stylish, roof using world class products and equipment. Layla remains passionate about her burgeoning empire, is always proud of her experienced and professional team and is extremely excited about the future of ALYA. A holistic approach to Wellbeing is at the core of the ALYA ethos and with this in mind Layla has recently welcomed a new business partner to the ALYA family.

Nicola is a leading voice in the world of Wellbeing and Mental Health, having worked on government policies and sitting on a range of policy groups in this field. She is an award-winning Mental Health & Wellbeing Consultant, delivering training at numerous institutions in various sectors and runs a successful counselling and psychotherapy practice. She also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of PR and Marketing to ALYA, having worked in the music industry for over a decade as well as running successful PR and Events companies. Nicola has been a loyal client at ALYA for many many years and is delighted to have had the opportunity to join forces with Layla and help ensure that the ALYA ethos runs through every aspect of the business.
